Growing up in the Vancouver area, Pete Shpak came from an entrepreneurial family, whose latest venture has developed into a successful vineyard. While working his way through university, he acquired a wealth of management and service experience. As an honours graduate of UBC commerce in 2004 with a double major in Marketing and Urban Land Economics, Pete channeled his academic desire to succeed into a practical one. To date he has been involved in $100 Million in real estate transactions. In 2008 Pete acquired his Managing Brokers license and has been acting as the Managing Broker for Cascadia Pacific Realty since.
